MB Electric Solutions Inc. is a licensed and insured electrical contractor (CA License #1159199) based in Los Angeles and working across Southern California. This is what we do with your information.

What We Collect

Your name, your phone number, your address or ZIP code, your email if you add one, and what you tell us about the problem, including any photos you text us, whether you send the form on this site, call, text or email us. When we do the work, we also keep the service address, what we did, the permit details when the job needs one, and the invoice. This site has no accounts and no advertising trackers, and it does not take payments, so card numbers are never entered or stored here.

What Stays On Your Device

While your browser tab is open, this site remembers that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not play again on every page. That note stays in your own browser, is never sent to us, and is erased when you close the tab.

What We Do With It

We answer your question, estimate the hours, quote the job, schedule it and text you about it: the arrival time, the electrician on the way, the written price and the invoice. We keep the record so we can stand behind the work, for permits and inspections, and for the business records California requires. We do not sell your information or rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Mobile Information And Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP". Message and data rates may apply.

You opt in when you text us first, give us your number on the phone, or send the form on this site asking us to get back to you. Messages are about your own job, and how many you get depends on the job. Reply STOP and we stop texting that number. Reply HELP and a person answers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who Else Handles It

Only the services we need to run the business: the provider that delivers this site’s form to our inbox, our email provider, our web host, our phone and texting provider, and Google, which serves the fonts used on this site and the maps on our location pages, and may set its own cookies if you use a map. None of them receive your mobile number for marketing, and none of them receive text messaging opt-in data at all.

Do Not Track Signals

This site does not follow you to other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. Apart from Google loading the fonts and maps, no other company collects information about your visits here.

Your Choices

Call, text or email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will, unless we are required to keep the record for a permit, a warranty or for tax.

Changes To This Policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
